PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.Not known of 2015 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323, 341 and 506(2) IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.Not known of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.12.2015, considering the representation made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that only petition enquiry is pending, this Court has granted interim anticipatory bail and directed the respondent police to file a status report as to the state of investigation.

CRL OP(MD). No.23183 of 2015 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no complaint is received from the defacto complainant and no enquiry is pending against the petitioners.
