C.M.P.[MD]No.6077 of 2018 2.This petition has been filed by the department seeking condonation of delay of 1679 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 17.09.2013 in W.P.[MD]No.1806 of 2013. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the order and direction issued in the writ petition in W.P.[MD]No.1806 of 2013 dated 17.09.2013, impugned in this appeal has been complied with and nothing survives for consideration in this appeal. 4.Accordingly, the petition for condonation of delay is dismissed. Consequently, the Writ Appeal stands rejected in the SR stage itself.
