ORDER:- These Criminal Original Petitions are came up for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court and the requisition letter in D.No.711 of 2021 dated 16.06.2021 submitted the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court(Magisterial Level), Kovilpatti, this Court made the following order: These petitions have been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.T.C.Nos.244, 246, 247 and 245 of 2015 respectively.

2.This Court, by an order dated 20.01.2020, directed the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti, to dispose of the case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, the Trial Court had sent a letter dated 16.10.2020, for extension of time and the extension of time was granted for a further period of four months. 3.Now the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level), Kovilpatti, has sent another letter dated 16.06.2021 requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in S.T.C.Nos.244, 246, 247 and 245 of 2015 respectively. 4.Perused.
