This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned District and Sessions Judge/PCR Cases, Sivagangai District, to consider the 2/4

Petitioners' bail applications on the same day of their surrender in Crime No.220 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent. 2.It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that as per the complaint, it is the case of the prosecution that the Petitioners had entered the defacto complainant's community auditorium, abused him and others by their caste name, caused injury with weapons and threatened them that they will kill them, for which the case in Crime No.220 of 2022 had been registered.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents 1 and 2 submits that totally 19 accused involved in this case and tension is prevailing in the village so far.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned District and Sessions Judge/PCR Cases, Sivagangai District within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or within a period of 15 days from the date of 3/4
