ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, challenging the order of suspension issued by the second respondent, by her proceedings in Na.Ka.No.37880/2017/J2, dated 19.11.2018.

2.Today (07.11.2019), when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pending Writ Petition, the respondents have revoked the order of suspension and reinstated the petitioner into service and the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
