2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that enquiry was completed in C.S.R.No. 16 of 2023 and the same was closed on 18.01.2023.

3. Since C.S.R.No.16 of 2023 has already been closed after enquiry, no further orders can be passed in this case. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. In case, if the petitioner has got any grievance, he is at liberty to approach the appropriate Criminal Court and file a complaint under Section 200 of Cr.P.C. by following the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Apex 2/4
