2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that final report was made ready on 10.09.2022 and has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, through e-filing.

3.Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. 4.However, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to process the final report filed by the respondent police in this case, in accordance with law.
