This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 19.04.2022, made in W.P.(MD) No.11657 of 2019.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent made a submission that the order dated 19.04.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.11657 of 2019 has been complied with and this regard, the Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies has passed an order dated 29.09.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the authorities have not given any opportunity to the petitioner to defend its case.

4. However, in respect of such allegations, it is for the petitioner to raise it before the appropriate forum.
