A.thi.mu.No.Nil/2014 passed by the second respondent and declare the same as null and void, illegal, ultravires, without any authority, without any sanction of law and issue a mandamus directing the second respondent to register the documents presented for registration by the writ petitioners in respect of the properties comprised in SF.No.39/11 admeasuring to an extent of Ac.2.00 and SF.No.40/1 admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0.37 cents situated in kalpalayam Village, Mannachanallur Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District pending disposal of the above writ petition.

This writ petition is filed as against the memo dated 18.08.2014 in A.thi.mu.No.Nil/2014 issued by the second respondent and to direct the second respondent to register the petitioners' documents presented for registration.

2. There is no representation for the petitioners on 09.02.2022, 07.03.2023 and 09.03.2023. Therefore, this writ petition was listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today, ie., 10.03.2023. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioners.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader has produced a communication dated 03.02.2015, received by the Sub Registrar, Sub Registrar Office, Manachanallur from the Principal District Court, Tiruchirappalli and the same is extracted below: "The Sub Registrar, Manachanallur, is hereby directed not to allow to encumber or alienate the under mentioned listed properties till the disposal of the Indigent OP.17/2014 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli."
4. It appears that, pursuant to the communication dated 03.02.2015 received from the Principal District Court, Tiruchirappalli, in OP. 17/2014, the respondents have refused to register the documents. Therefore, this writ petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioners to 3/6
workout their remedy before the appropriate Civil Court in the above OP. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
