O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet in H.S.No.99/2020 pending on the file of the 3rd Respondent Police Station, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 30.08.2022.

2.The officials from the third respondent office present before this Court and submitted that in the year 2009, the petitioner involved in offence under Section 302. At that time only H.S.No.99/2022 was opened against the petitioner.

3.But, however, after finding that it is lying within the Thiruvattar Police Station. Recommendation has been sent to the concerned Police Station. But, as on date, the third respondent has not maintained any History Sheet against the petitioner in H.S.No.99/2020. 2/4

4.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as unnecessary. No costs. If the petitioner is facing some other proceedings, he can initiate fresh action.
