2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of the present Writ Petitions, W.P(MD)Nos.17781 and 17906 of 2021 have been filed for the very same relief and therefore, this Writ Petition may be closed.
