O RDER Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police Police would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the investigation has been completed in Crime No.1094 of 2022 and on completion of investigation, charge sheet is also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai and the same was not taken on file.
2. In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, is directed to number the charge sheet within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and proceed with the trial.
