Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURESHKUMAR S.R., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioners before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur as ordered by this Court.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are residing in Chennai and hence, they could not arrange the sureties in Dindigul within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
