This petition has been filed for quashing the impugned FIR. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case has been closed as "Mistake of Fact". Therefore, the criminal original petition is closed as infructuous. But then, the defacto complainant has not been put on notice till date. Therefore, both the first respondent as well as the Court below are directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

issue notice to the defacto complainant, so that he can file his protest petition, if so advised.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
