This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for the wilful disobedience of the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21121 of 2018, dated 25.01.2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that as directed by this Court by an order dated 25.01.2019, the respondent Police completed the investigation and filed the final report before the Concerned Judicial Magistrate.
