ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to interfere into the civil dispute which is pending in G.W.O.P.No.318 of 2023 on the file of Principal District Court, Tirunelveli under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that G.W.O.P. is pending between the parties and that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, CSR No. 681 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
