The petitioner is facing trial in C.C.No.157 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil. It is a private complaint instituted by the respondent herein. 2.The petitioner is a police official. The respondent is a practising lawyer. Therefore, the petitioner is not having anylegal assistance in any of the Courts in Kanyakumari District. For this reason, he wants to transfer the case from Kanyakumari District to any other Court in Tirunelveli District. No exception can be taken to his request. Therefore, C.C.No.157 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil and transferred to the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli. Hence, this criminal original petition stands allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
