ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.NO.264 of 2023 from the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore to the file of the Sub Court, Virudhunagar.

2.The facts in brief:
The marriage was solemnized between the parties on 10.12.2021. But thereafter, the petitioner underwent harassment and humiliation at the hands of the respondent. Hence, the petitioner filed D.V.C.No.16 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar. In the meantime, the respondent filed this H.M.O.P. petition before the Family Court, Coimbatore. On the ground that the petitioner facing difficulties in attending Court proceedings at Coimbatore, this petition has been filed seeking transfer of the above said proceedings.
3.Heard both sides. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent has no objection to transfer the above said proceedings.
4.In view of the above, the H.M.O.P.No.264 of 2023 filed by the respondent on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Sub Court, Virudhunagar. 2/4
5.Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 09.02.2024 NCC :
