ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that the pensionary benefits due to his mother has not been settled, has filed this writ petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, by referring to a proceedings dated 14.01.2026 submits that the entire amount due to the petitioner's mother to an extent of Rs.8,12,717/- has been paid to the petitioner on 13.01.2026, by way of a cheque bearing No.292609. A copy of the proceedings has also been furnished to the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
