The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned detention order passed by the second respondent in Reference No.38/BCDFGISSSV/2024 dated 24.07.2024, and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu, Ganeshpandi @ Kishore, Male, aged about 23 years, S/o.Rajamarudhupandi, now confining at Madurai Central Prison, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.6192, Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department, dated 05.09.2024, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government. 2/4

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
