2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, (i.e.,10.11.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also sent a letter, dated 08.11.2023, to the Registry in this regard.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
