O R D E R

The petitioner's counsel states that he has already returned the papers to the petitioner. The prayer in this petition is recovery of his stolen tractor. In this case, final report has already been filed and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.117 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) however stated that the vehicle was later recovered and also handed over to the petitioner herein. In any event, it is not possible to issue direction of this nature while exercising jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.
