ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application dated 03.04.2023 to the first respondent requesting him to survey his lands. Since the said application has not been considered so far, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submits that these types of applications are considered on seniority basis and the petitioner's application would be considered within a reasonable time.

3. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conduct survey by issuing notice 2/4

to the objectors, if any and take a decision in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
