Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARAVANAKUMAR.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13462 of 2022 on 05.08.2022.

2. On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.10691 of 2022 4.Considering the nature of offence and stage of investigation, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13462 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent Police once in week, ie., on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
