RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days i.e., on the 1st and 15th working day of every month at about 10.30 am., until further orders in Crl MP(MD) No.7138/2022 in Crl OP(MD) No.9773/2022 dated 27.06.2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MANOJ PRABAKAR A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANDHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7138 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9773 of 2022, on 27.06.2022.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.

4.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7138 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9773 of 2022 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons and thereafter, on all hearing dates without fail.
