PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus thereby direct the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry pending on the file of Na.Ka.No. 25/2022/A2, dated 27.09.2022, within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to complete the enquiry pending on his file in Na.Ka.No.25/2022/A2, dated 27.09.2022, within a reasonable time fixed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, he submitted an application on 27.09.2022, seeking inclusion of his name in the patta for the subject property. Based on the application submitted by the petitioner, the first respondent initiated enquiry in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.25/2022/A2, dated 27.09.2022. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the enquiry is pending on the file of the first respondent will be disposed of within the time frame fixed by this Court. 4.
In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry pending on his file in Na.Ka.No.25/2022/A2, dated 27.09.2022, and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and other interested parties.

5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
