PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to issue a No Objection Certificate in my favour for running my "Colours Ayurvedic Saloon and Spa" at 144-4, 2nd Floor, Kottampatti Main Road, Natham, Dindigul District by considering my representation dated 24.06.2025 within the period that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. 1/4

Seeking No Objection Certificate for running a Spa in the name of "Colours Ayurvedic Saloon and Spa" at 144-4, 2nd Floor, Kottampatti Main Road, Natham, Dindigul District, the petitioner has submitted a representation before the respondent police on 24.06.2025 and filed this writ petition that his representation has not been considered by them. 2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents submits that the request of the petitioner has already been considered and it was rejected.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed, with a 2/4

direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
