This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court of Exclusive Trial of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, Ramanathapuram, to consider the petitioner's bail applications on the same day of her surrender in Crime No.274 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent police.

2.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that there is a dispute regarding the property. Based on the complaint of the second Respondent, the FIR in Crime No.274 of 2022 had been registered. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents 1 and 2 submits that no one sustained injuries in the said occurrence. 4.On consideration of the rival submission, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court of Exclusive Trial of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, Ramanathapuram, within a period of 15 days from the 2/4

date of receipt of a copy of this order or within a period of 15 days from the date of uploading the order copy in the official web-site of this Court .
