Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified, to call for the records and the impugned notice passed by the respondent in 05/Aay.Po.Va.O.P./2014, dated 22.08.2014 and quash the same and release the petitioner's mini bus bearing Registration No.TN74 E7798 which was seized on 26.07.2014.

ORDER

Prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records and the impugned notice passed by the respondent in 05/Aay.Po.Va.O.P./2014, dated 22.08.2014 and quash the same and release the petitioner's mini bus bearing Registration No.TN74 E7798, which was seized on 26.07.2014. 2.Mr.H.Velavadhas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
