ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to set aside the return order made in O.A.No. unnumbered of 2025 in S.R.No.A.N.MU.1155 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025 by the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Madurai and consequently direct the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Madurai to number the O.A No. (Unnumbered) of 2025 filed by the petitioner and decide the issue on merits.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a biological father of the second respondent. The second respondent was given an adoption to one AKB.Ponniammal. However, the second respondent received the first honour from the first respondent at the time of Aadi festival as if he is the biological son of the petitioner. Objecting the same, the petitioner has made an application before the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Madurai under Section 63(e) of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1926 and the same was returned by the Joint Commissioner granting liberty to the petitioner to raise all the disputes before the Deputy Commissioner/Executive Officer, Alagar Kallalagar Temple, Alagar Kovil. Challenging the same, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed. 2/4

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court may permit the petitioner to raise all the disputes with regard to the first honour received by the second respondent before the first respondent.

4. Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is disposed of. The petitioner is permitted to raise his claim before the first respondent in the manner known to law. No costs.
