Theni vide letter D.No.525/2023, dated 07/07/2023, this Court made the following:- By an order dated 27.09.2022, this Court disposed of the above Civil Revision Petition with the direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Family Court, Theni to expedite the trial and dispose of H.M.O.P, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. Now, the learned Judge, Family Court, Theni has sent a letter dated 07.07.2023 bearing reference D.No.525/2023 to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court seeking an extension of time to dispose of H.M.O.P. In the said letter dated 07.07.2023, the learned Judge, Family Court, Theni has given reasons for nondisposal of H.M.O.P.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons given by the learned Judge, Family Court in the above letter, the time for disposing H.M.O.P. is extended by another three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
