ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The respondent police registered a case as against this petitioner in Crime No.374 of 2014 and upon completion of investigation, filed a charge sheet in SC.No.34 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 302 IPC altered into Sections 147, 148, 324, 341 & 302 r/w 109 IPC. Since the petitioner was absconded, case was split up and numbered as SC.No.264 of 2024 and remanded him into judicial custody on 27.11.2024, by executing non-bailable warrant. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 25.02.2025 and this is the second petition for bail. He further submits that the petitioner has evaded the proceedings for a very long time.

5.Considering the fact that this is the second petition for bail and also the fact that he has evaded the proceeding for a very long time, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
