JUDGMENT
Heard both sides.
2.The respondent herein was employed in Highways Department. He was issued with charge memo. He was also visited with punishment of stoppage of increment for six months without cumulative effect. It was also confirmed by the government. Questioning the same, he filed W.P.(MD)No.20412 of 2015. The writ petition was allowed vide order dated 15.02.2022 and the punishment imposed on the writ petitioner was set aside. Challenging the said order, the government has filed this writ appeal.
3.During the intervening period, the order of the learned Single Judge was implemented in toto. The writ petitioner was also allowed to retire on 28.02.2025. He has also been disbursed with the retiremental benefits.
