Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct survey the property in Patta No.2702 in Survey Nos.22/14 ,21/4, 18/9 and 22/3 for a total extent of acre 1.90 cents, which is situated at Madurai District, Peraiyur Taluk, Athipatti Village on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 11.08.2021 within time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner had given a representation on 11.08.2021 and also paid the necessary fees for conducting survey of the property in patta No.2702 in Survey Nos.Nos.22/14 ,21/4, 18/9 and 22/3, totally measuring an extent of 1.90 acres situated in Peraiyur Taluk, Athipatti Village, Madurai District.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the survey is required only for better enjoyment of the property and there are no rival claims.

The respondents, particularly, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation and with the assistance of the second respondent to conduct necessary survey of the lands of the petitioner herein. If there are rival claimants notices may be issued. The petitioner may also be called upon to produce necessary title deeds before the first respondent to satisfy about the holdings of the title. If the application already given by the petitioner is not in order, the petitioner is given an opportunity to apply afresh through online in accordance with the procedure within a period of period for two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the time for completion of the survey would be a further period of 16 weeks from that date. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
