ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders to direct the third respondent to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2024.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner has preferred a complaint as early as on 29.05.2019 and despite reminders and last representation on 13.08.2024, there was no action on the part of the respondents.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that CSR is pending with regard to the earlier complaint and the present representation is pending before the third respondent.

5. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2024 and take a decision within a period of ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
