ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the offences under Sections 120(b), 406 and 420 I.P.C., in Cr.No.201 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that the respondent has filed a final report as further action dropped and Referred Charge sheet notice has been served on the defacto complainant. He has also filed a copy of the final report.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
