2. The respondents are directed to produce the petition-mentioned vehicle before the jurisdictional criminal Court. The petitioner is given liberty to file a petition before the learned trial Judge for return of vehicle. Such an application shall be disposed on merits and in accordance with law within a period of seven days from the date of filing.

3. With this liberty to the petitioner and the aforesaid direction to the trial Court, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
