ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to survey and measure the petitioner's property comprised 2/5

in Survey No.150/8A2 situated at Mandapam Village, Harijana Colony Road, Ramanathapuram District, based on her representation dated 31.07.2023.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that survey has already been conducted on 11.08.2023. She has also filed a status report before this Court.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law, if she is still aggrieved. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
