ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 08.04.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.8829 of 2024.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the contempt petitioners submitted that against the order of this Court made in W.P.(MD).No. 8829 of 2024 dated 08.04.2024, a writ appeal in W.A.(MD).No.2140 of 2024 has been filed. The Honourable Division Bench of this Court has granted interim stay in the said writ appeal on 28.10.2024.

3. Recording the same, this contempt petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the contempt petition depending upon the outcome of the W.A.(MD).No.2140 of 2024.
