The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner fairly made a submission that the writ petition is filed challenging the charge memo as well as the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the writ petitioner. However, the enquiry proceedings were concluded in another set of charge memo and the writ petitioner was removed from service.
2. In view of the above submissions, no useful purpose would be served in the event of keeping the writ petition pending as the writ petitioner was already dismissed from service. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
