[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows:- ''To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the party board erected in front of the petitioner's land by
encroaching the second respondent's road and blocking the way to petitioner's land is situated at Madurai District, Madurai South Taluk, Mahalipatty Road, Keerathurai, Madurai Corporation Ward No.2, Old Town Survey No.1949/8, New Town Survey No.29, admeasuring 2464 square feet and by considering the petitioner's petition dated 05.08.2024.''
2. Mr.F.Deepak, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent Corporation would submit that the board has been placed without obtaining proper permission from the Corporation and the Corporation Officials would take appropriate action to remove the same.
3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. It is open to the petitioner to seek re-opening if the board is not removed within four weeks from today.
