[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] We have heard Mr.S.Sukumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent and Mr.R.Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent.

2. It is submitted that the respondent No.5 without getting proper permission for the school has constructed the building for the school.

3. The learned counsel for the fifth respondent has filed a memo stating that he has not received any instructions.

4. The learned Government Pleader submits that the Government has, on application of respondent No.5 regularized the construction of respondent No.5 school building.

5. In the light of the statement made by the learned Government Pleader, the grievance of the petitioner now does not subsist.

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. [S.V.G., C.J.] [G.I., J.] 26.02.2024 Index : Yes / No RM
