This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner basis of the petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police are unable to trace out the petitioner's representation. If the petitioner lodges a fresh complaint, they will consider the same and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private 2/4

respondent, is inclined to pass order.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh representation.
