For Respondent : M/s.P.Kottai Chamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory bail in Crime.No.241 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 and A2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 352, and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.241 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 26.10.2021, there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioners and the defacto complainant, due to which, the petitioners abused the defacto complainant and also attacked her. Therefore, the present case came to be registered.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocents and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution, but they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the victim is still in hospital and the second petitioner has already been arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

5.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh application.
