O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members from the troublesome act of the respondent Nos.3 to 5 by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 05.08.2019, within stipulated time and to submit final report.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that there was family dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 and on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted enquiry on 02.10.2019.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13356 of 2019 3.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass suitable orders after completing enquiry with the respondents 3 to 5 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
