[Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] This review application is filed to review the judgment of this Court dated 08.08.2024 made in W.A(MD)No.1345 of 2024.

2. In the guise of review, the petitioner seeks to re-open the entire question that was decided by us. We had dismissed the writ appeal on the ground that the writ petition itself was not maintainable since it was beyond

the parameters fixed by the Full Bench in D.Bright Joseph vs. Church of South Indian (CSI) Synod Secretariat, represented by its General Secretary and Others reported in 2024 SCC OnLine Mad 286. The additional ground was that The Tamil Nadu Private Schools Regulation Act or the Rules will not apply to the institutions run by the minorities.

3. Review Application in effect seeks to re-agitate the very same questions in a different form. We do not find any reason to entertain this review application since we do not find any error on the face of record. Accordingly, this review application is dismissed. No Costs.
