2.It is submitted that on account of the marriage of the petitioner No.2/A7, the petitioners could not surrender as directed by this Court earlier in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7851 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023.

3.Accordingly, this Petition is allowed. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the concerned Court on or before 24.08.2023 and the rest of the conditions passed earlier are unaltered.
