ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 17.02.2014, wherein, the petitioner has sought for permission for removing the rocks from the subject property.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, submitted that the first respondent, after considering the representation, has rejected the representation through proceedings dated 05.12.2014. A copy of the proceedings was also produced before this Court.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
