Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein to disburse the compensation amount for acquisition of the petitioner's house property to an extent of 7801⁄2 aq.ft out of total extent 0.03.93 hectares situated in Survey No.826/6A of Balakrishnapuram Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District as per the award passed by the 3rd respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6215/2018/Aa2, dated 31.01.2022 within the time stipulated by this Court and for other reliefs.

The petitioner with a grievance that compensation for the acquisition of his land has not been provided by the respondents, has filed this writ petition.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents based on the communication addressed to the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul submits that the petitioner's land has been acquired and released, therefore, he is not entitled for compensation. 3.Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
