This application has been filed to condone the delay of 346 days caused in representation of the above M.P.S.R.NO.17693 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3/4

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition, though not satisfactorily explained, in the interest of justice, this Petition is allowed, however, on condition that the Petitioner pays a sum of Rs.750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) towards costs to the credit of Legal Services Authority, attached to this Bench on or before 25.03.2026.
